Dr Yang is the PI of the In-line Quality-control of UV offset lithographically Printed Electronic-ink by THz technology (IQ-PET) project, which investigates the changes in THz spectra at each stage of the UV offset printing process for electrically conductive and dielectric inks.
Bin Yang graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China, in 2001. He received his MSc and PhD degrees in Electronic Engineering in 2004 and 2008 respectively, in the Antenna and Electromagnetics Group of the Department of Electronic Engineering, Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), UK. After his PhD, Dr Yang remained in the Antenna and Electromagnetics Group of QMUL as a Postdoctoral Researcher. In September 2013, he moved to the University of Bolton as a Lecturer and then joined the University of Chester as a Senior Lecturer in September 2015. He has had two years telecommunication industrial working experience as a Technical Consultant (Fiberhome Telecommunications Ltd) and International Business Engineer (CINTel Intelligent System, Shanghai).
