Phil Bridges

Phil Bridges is an MRes (Master in Research) student at Imperial College London’s Plastic Electronics Centre for Doctoral Training. He is currently investigating patterning strategies for multifunctional organic materials under the supervision of Professor Donal Bradley and Dr Natalie Stingelin. The project aims to develop large area, solution processable methods for patterning nanoscale features and functional layers using nanoparticles. Prior to starting at Imperial, Phil worked for five years as a sound and lighting technician, whilst completing his Open University BEng (Hons) Engineering undergraduate degree. He also holds a BA (Hons) Sound Technology from the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts.
